Preparing RPM Cards for Operation
This chapter describes how to do the following tasks:
Some of the procedures in this chapter require you to enter Cisco IOS commands that run on the RPM
Note
cards. The procedures in this chapter do not describe how to use Cisco IOS, but they do include examples
that list all the Cisco IOS commands needed to complete the procedure. For more information on any
Cisco IOS command, refer to the Cisco IOS documentation.

Configuration Quickstart

The quickstart procedure in this section provides a summary of the tasks required to prepare RPM cards
for operation. This procedure is provided as an overview and as a quick reference for those who have
already configured Cisco MGX switches.
