Functions that share inputs and outputs
When using input/output for high-speed input/output function, other high-speed input/output functions cannot be used
together depending on the combination. For positioning function, refer to MELSEC iQ-F FX5 User's Manual (Positioning
Control - CPU module built-in, High-speed pulse input/output module).

The following functions occupy inputs of the high-speed input/output function.

with other high-speed input/output functions.

outputs or general-purpose devices having no parameter.
Precautions
Do not specify an output device (Y) used by the high-speed input/output function as the output destination of the high-speed
comparison table. This may cause an unexpected operation.
