Add the high-speed pulse input/output module.
Navigation window  [Parameter]  [Module Information]  Right-click  Add New Module
After adding the high-speed pulse input/output module, make settings on the the screen displayed from the following
operation.
Navigation window  [Parameter]  [Module Information]  [1 to 16 (high-speed pulse input/output module)] 
[Module Parameter]  [High Speed I/O]  "Input Function"  "General/Interrupt/Pulse Catch"  "Detailed Setting"

Description
Set the function to be used.
Set to "Interrupt (Rising) + Pulse Catch".

Set to "Interrupt (Rising) + Pulse Catch".
Set the interrupt pointer (I) which is assigned to each input.
The pulse catch function does not use an interrupt pointer.
