Unified Communications UC 320W Administration Guide
Use the System Features module to specify the automation options for call routing
and Auto Attendant, set the system extensions and extension length, configure the
digits to be used for internal dialing, and choose the music options for held and
parked calls.

Use the System Automation page to choose the modes of operation for Auto
Attendant, inbound call routing, and outbound calling.
Auto Attendant
When enabled, an Auto Attendant plays recorded messages to respond to
incoming calls. Choose one of the following options:
•
No Auto Attendant: Your system will have no Auto Attendant.
•
Auto Attendant with Single Menu: Your system will have one Auto
Attendant menu for all times of day.
•
Auto Attendant with Day / Night Menu: Your system will have one Auto
Attendant menu for day (open hours) and one menu for night (closed hours).
You can trigger the night behavior by pressing the Force Night button on a
phone, or you can enable an automated schedule on the Schedule page.
