Purpose
Selects the interface to configure and enters interface configuration

Sets the IP address and subnet mask.
• address—IP address.
• mask—Subnet mask.
Sets the clock source.
• internal—Specifies that the internal clock source is used.

the default.
Enables the interface.
Exits interface configuration mode and returns to the EXEC
command interpreter prompt.
