Description
A request for remote access can be directly
linked with a fault help request. Manual entry
of the session ID on the control is then not
necessary.
To permit an automatic transfer of the session
ID, and remote access to be started by an
employee at an internet PC once he/she has
viewed the service case, the request window
must remain open until remote access is up
and running.
If the request window for the remote access
has been closed (e.g. canceled), a teleservice
session will have to be set up manually.

Note:
This function is only available when fault
processing is requested on the control.
