The main applications for motor protection are:
● The 3VA27 molded case circuit breaker or 3WL10 air circuit breaker as an MSP for
starter combinations, also combined with soft starters or frequency converters
● The 3VA2 molded case circuit breaker or 3WL10 air circuit breaker as a motor starter
protector
All 3VA27 molded case circuit breakers and 3WL10 air circuit breakers are suitable for use
with IE3 motors and, in future, also with IE4 motors.
