FPGA control automatic start
When "FPGA control automatic start setting" is "Enable", FPGA control starts automatically after configuration is complete.
The "FPGA control automatic start delay setting" can be used to set a delay (seconds) before automatic start.
When a moderate error is cleared by turning on and off the error clear request flag (RYA), if "FPGA control automatic start
setting" is "Enable", FPGA control starts automatically.
