After turning on your TV, it may take a while (1 minute or less) before the picture appears. When the projection lamp wears out, the screen goes dark. Replace the lamp with a new Sony XL-2400 replacement lamp (not supplied). How to replace the lamp, see page 5. Warning The light emitted from the lamp is quite bright when your TV is in use.

It enables you to perform a variety of tasks intuitively with a control panel on the screen rather than a variety of remote control button presses.
