Troubleshooting
Before sending the device to the customer service, check in the following table if you can solve the problem yourself.

Solution
WARNING:
Before you start looking for the problem, turn the
device off.
Attach the plug correctly; if necessary, check the
socket with another device for functionality.
Turn the device on by the main switch (25).
Turn the main switch (25) off and disconnect the
power cord from the outlet. Plug in again and switch
the device on.
Turn the "VOLUME" control knob (4) beyond the
stop position towards the right. In the display (8), a
growing bar symbol should appear.
The remote control is not aimed at the internet radio.
Make sure the distance between remote control and
device is not more than 5 meters.
Change the batteries of the remote control; the
positive pole (+) of the battery must point towards the
backside of the remote control.
Configure a DHCP server (see instructions of your
router).
Enter an IP address into the configuration of
the device ("Settings/Network config/Change
Configuration").
At least tbe ports UDP and TCP 80, 554, 1755, 5000
and 7070 must be enabled.
Look up the MAC address in the device ("Settings/
Network Config/Show Configuration/WLAN MAC
Address") and enable this address at the router.
Enter the correct WEP or WAP access key for the
WLAN, observing upper and lower case.
