1. Introduction The Nokia Wireless Stereo Headset (HS-12W) allows you to make and receive phone calls, and listen to FM radio and music tracks. Read this user guide carefully before using the headset. Read also the user guide for your phone, which provides important safety and maintenance information.
■ Chargers and batteries Check the model number of any charger before using it with this device. The Nokia Wireless Stereo Headset (HS-12W) is intended for use with the AC-1, ACP-12, and LCH-12 chargers.

You are notified of new messages and missed calls only if your Nokia phone supports the transfer of this information into the headset. ■ Reset the headset To reset the headset to its original settings, press and hold the power key and the volume up key for 10 seconds.
Recharge your battery only with Nokia approved chargers designated for this device. Unplug the charger from the electrical plug and the device when not in use. Do not leave a fully charged battery connected to a charger, since overcharging may shorten its lifetime.
