If the connection is lost when the product is in AP mode, disable the "Smart network switch" function on your smart phone and try again. The product is not connected to a wireless router. Make sure that the SSID (name) of the wireless router is a combination of English and numeric characters. When the SSID contains any special characters, change its name.
