Open the oil-valve (3).
6.
Start the oil pump, and fill the tap-changer to the correct oil-level.
Monitor the oil-level indicator on the oil-conservator

Close the oil-valve (3).
8.
Disconnect the oil pump.
9.
Install the breathing device (4).
10.
Make sure that there are no leaks.
•
Use sealing tape on the threads.
•
Replace leaking O-rings.
11.
Wait 3 hours before energizing the transformer.

Refer to The correct oil-level, page 53.
CAUTION!
Air bubbles form during the oil-filling process. After 3 hours most air bubbles will have
released from the transformer oil.
