    Connecting to an HDMI Video Source If your video source has an HDMI port, you can connect it to the projector using an optional HDMI cable. The HDMI connection provides the best image quality.     USB Device Projection You can project images and other content without using a computer or video device by connecting any of these devices to your projector: • USB flash drive • Digital camera or smartphone • USB hard drive Note: Digital cameras or smartphones must be USB-mounted devices, not TWAIN-compliant devices, and must be USB Mass Storage Class-compliant.

    Registering a Digital Certificate on the Projector Wireless Network Projection You can project over a wireless network (not supported on EX3280/VS260). To do this, you must set up your projector and computer for wireless projection. Note: The Epson 802.11b/g/n wireless LAN module is optional for EX5280/EX9230. The wireless module is built-in for EX7280/EX9240.

    Installing the Wireless LAN Module To use the projector over a wireless network, install the Epson 802.11b/g/n wireless LAN module in the projector (EX5280/EX9230). Do not install any other type of wireless module. Note: The wireless LAN module is not included with your projector and is optional.
