Turn the printer back on again. If the lights are still flashing, contact your dealer or Epson as described in your Printer Basics book. The printer may have an internal error. Turn off the printer, wait a few seconds, then turn it on again.
Be sure you have a new ink cartridge before you begin. Once you start replacing a cartridge, you must complete all the steps in one session. 1. Make sure the printer is turned on (the green P power light should be on, but not flashing). Then open the printer cover.

Clean If you don’t see any improvement after cleaning three or four times, you can also turn the printer off and wait overnight—this allows any dried ink to soften—and then try cleaning the print head again.
