Ingredients
2 cups raw Rice
1 cup Urad Dal (White)
Salt to taste
1 tbsp Oil for greasing
Water to mix
A pinch of Baking Soda
1. Soak urad dal and rice separately in water, for about 1~2 hours.
2. After due time, grind the soaked ingredients in a mixer to make a
smooth paste.
3. Add 100 ml water and mix.
4. Pour mixture to greased small glass bowl for each idli about 20 g each.
5. Place food in the oven. Choose the menu and press start to cook.
