OMNICEPT EDITION The tracking system on the HP Reverb G2 VR Headset is designed to work in an area where you have an unobstructed view of your walls and floor. Large scale experiences, such as where you pass between rooms or hallways and see many different walls, requires an external tracking system.

Because of the nature of the high-resolution displays in the HP Reverb G2 HMD, not all systems can render the native resolution. There’s a fix coming in a future Windows Update that will address the rendering issue when the headset isn’t at the native resolution.
