Prerequisites
1. Follow the safety guidelines listed in the

2. Follow the procedure listed in the

3. Disconnect the cables connected to the optical disk drive.
NOTE:
The optical disk drive is optional and is shipped with 8 x 3.5-inch backplane configuration.
Steps
1. Press the tab to release the optical disk drive from the optical disk drive bay.
2. Slide the optical disk drive out of the system.
