    Daily Inspection Chapter 2 . Daily Inspection 2.1. Nozzle Inspection Check the nozzle to see if an excessive wear occurs or if the tip of the nozzle has been altered due to impact. In addition, check to see if any contamination, such as solder paste is clogging the nozzle.

Nozzle Holder Inspection As the nozzle holder may be bent by improper operation during the placement of parts, possible bending of the nozzle holder should be checked frequently. Bending causes serious errors such as rotation of Z-axis eccentricity and inaccurate placement to occur.

Nozzle Holder Hold the head spindle groove(A) with the 7mm spanner and the hexagonal area(B) of the nozzle holder with the 8mm spanner and remove the nozzle holder by applying force on the 7mm spanner counterclockwise while applying the same force on the 8mm spanner clockwise.

Vacuum Filter Inspection Problem to the vacuum can occur when the vacuum filter has been contaminated by dust in the air or due to solder paste. Check the vacuum filter regularly to make sure the filter element is free from contamination.

Shock caused by pressurization while blocking the pressurized air may be caused. Please handle with care.

Spindle Inspection Contamination (such as solder paste, etc.) in the spindle can cause pickup problems. The inside of the spindle must be cleaned in case of contamination. Perform the cleaning of the spindle and vacuum filter at the same time.

    Weekly Inspection Solution After blowing the ‘3-4 vacuum filter’ first, turn the rotary fitting on the upper part of the spindle counterclockwise using a 6mm spanner, and inject adequate quantity of alcohol from the cleaning kit before assembling. Be sure to put a soft cloth on the hole under the spindle to catch any alcohol that splashes, and completely blow out the alcohol and other impurities remaining inside using an air gun.
