1.3 Installation 1.3.1 Wiring for power supply ! caution Be sure to use an appropriate plug and connect a protective ground. Install AC outlet near the unit so that it can be easily accessed and removed. Use a power cable with an outside diameter within a designated range. Securely tighten the nut that holds the service entrance.

(3) Pull in the power cable from the service entrance, and connect the ground wire to terminal as shown in the figure below. (4) Connect wires (L) and (N) to the terminal block (M4) as shown in the figure. (5) Use a nylon clamp to secure the cable as shown in the figure. 2.6 Calibration of viscometer 2.6.1 Calibrating viscometer ● The calibration of viscometer is to determine the “coefficient” inherent in the equipment. ● Calibrate the viscometer when installing equipment. Normally, calibrating it once is enough. However, calibrate the viscometer again when changing the type of ink, and also calibrate a new viscometer after replacement.

4.9 Viscometer Replacement Procedure 4.9.1 In the case where an abnormality arises to the viscometer, the following action is necessary.
