Folder
Display—to view e-mails in the inbox view by their From Address or
their Subject.
Delete
Confirmation—to be prompted with a delete confirmation or not.
Message
AutoExpand—to automatically expand the e-mail message in the inbox
view when it is highlighted.
Highlight and select your desired preferences. To apply your preference changes,
select Save. These preferences will be applied to all of your e-mail accounts.

Notification

To set e-mail notifications on or off from the inbox view, select
If e-mail notification is enabled, you get notifications of new e-mails. This setting only
applies to the current e-mail account, and does not affect the notification
settings of other e-mail accounts in e-mail.

■ Address book

You can save names and phone numbers (contacts) in the phone memory and in
the SmartChip card memory. The phone memory may save contacts with numbers
and text items. Names and numbers saved in the SmartChip card memory are
indicated by
.
Tip: Press the down navigation key in standby mode to access Names.
To find a contact, select
through the list of contacts, or enter the first letter of the name you want to find.
To add a new contact, select
contact. To add more details to a contact, make sure that the memory in use is

SChip. Scroll to the name to which you want to add a new number
or text item, and select

Copy
contact. You can copy names and phone numbers between the
phone contact memory and the SmartChip card memory. The SmartChip card
memory can save names with one phone number attached to them. To assign a
number to a dialing key, select
to the dialing key number that you want to assign.
