USB FDD may be faulty. Replace it with a new one. If the problem still occurs,
perform Check 3.
Check 3
Connect USB FDD to each port embedded on system board.
If it does not work properly when connected to CN12, CN19, CN20 or all ports,
perform Check 4.
Check 4
System board may be faulty. Replace it with a new one following the steps in
Chapter 4, Replacement Procedures.
