The Print Test function allows you to print a sample. You can check printer operations and print quality by running and reviewing this “Self Test Printout.” You also can identify the level of ﬁrmware that is installed in your printer. The Print Test can be printed using any forms path.

Program Conﬁguration mode. The values for these parameters are stored in the printer nonvolatile memory (NVM), an internal printer storage location that is not erased when the printer is powered off or unplugged. Updating storage can take as long as 15 seconds to complete.
