Autosensing of 2, 4, 8, and 16 Gbps port speeds
depending on SFPs used. Speed matching between 2, 4,

Automatically uses up to 4 ports in a trunk group to
form a 32 Gbps trunk. Can use up to 8 ports in a trunk
group to form a 64 Gbps trunk.

FC8-64 blades:
<2.1 msec any port to any port at 8 Gbps, cut-through

FC8-64 supports these port types:
F_Port, FL_Port, E_Port, Ex_Port, and M_Port
FC16-32 and FC16-48 support these port types: F_Port,
E_Port, Ex_Port, M_Port and D_Port.
FX8-24 supports these port types: F_Port, FL_Port,
E_Port, and Ex_Port on FC
VE_Port on GbE
Note: Self-discovery is based on switch type (U_Port)
with an optional port type control.
Fabric switches supporting unicast, multicast (255
groups), and broadcast
