3. Install the top screw so that 1/4 in.
(6 mm) is exposed. Raise the unit
and place the screw head through
the keyhole. The humidifier can
temporarily rest using this mounting
screw alone.
4. As shown in Fig. 2, there are two ways
to finish mounting the humidifier after
the first screw has been installed using
the keyhole.
a.
Making sure the humidifier is level,
secure the humidifier to the duct
using the two duct mount screw
holes.
b. If the humidifier is being mounted
to a stud, remove the cylinder and,
ensuring the humidifier is level,
screw the humidifier to the stud
using the additional stud mount
screw hole.
PLUMBING
Supply Requirements
• Use potable water;
• Pressure: 15-100 PSIG;
• DO NOT use reverse osmosis or de-ionized water.
• Conductivity: 125-1200 microsiemens/cm
• Temperature: 39 to 86 °F (4 to 30 °C).

SUPPLY
CONNECTION
Fig. 3. Water supply and drain connections.
Connect the water supply line (Copper or LDPE, supplied) to the supply
connection (Fig. 3). This is done by pushing the water supply hose into the
bayonet-style connection. The water supply line is then free to be removed.
Drain Line Installation
Connect the drain line (supplied) to the drain connection (Fig. 3). The
humidifier contains an air gap internally, so the drain line can be connected
directly to the red drain spigot using a gear clamp (included). A condensate
pump can be used. The drain water is tempered.
