PARAMETER SETTINGS
This chapter describes the parameter settings required for communications between the Motion module and other stations.
2.1

Setting Parameters

Add the Motion module in the engineering tool.
[Navigation window]  [Parameter]  [Module Information]  Right-click  [Add New Module]

The required settings, basic settings, and application settings are included in the parameter settings. Select one of the
settings from the tree on the window shown below.
[Navigation window]  [Parameter]  [Module Information]  Target Module  [Module parameter (Network)]

After setting parameters, click the [Apply] button.
4.
Write parameters to the CPU module using the engineering tool.
[Online]  [Write to PLC]

The settings are reflected by resetting the CPU module or powering off and on the system.
The settings displayed on the required settings, basic settings, and application settings pages (default: ) are
the values that are displayed when the [Restore the Default Settings] button on each window of the
engineering tool is clicked.
