    Oven functions Convection heat Convection heat mode uses only the heating element in the back wall and the convection fan. The recommended temperature is 150°C. It is also possible to bake on more than one level in Convection heat( ) mode. This means that it is suitable for fruit cakes and stirred cake or yeast-dough, for example a bread plait.

    Oven functions Speed function In Speed function mode, the halogen heating element at the top of the oven is activated. With the Time selector, you can choose between Speed roast Speed grill two possible functions: 1. Set the Time selector to “Speed roast” to activate the roasting function.
