Use of IndraControl L45/L65/L85 above 2700 m above MSL
Circuit proposal

On delivery, the shield connector is intended for the connection of thicker
lines ②.

Remove the clip ③, turn the clip according to the cross-section of the line
used ④, and fit in the clip ⑤.

Figure ⑥ shows the clip if a thin line is used.
The IndraControl L45/L65/L85 is designed for use up to 2700 m above MSL
according to DIN 60204.
If it is used above 2700 m above MSL, Bosch Rexroth cannot as‐
sume warranty. Therefore the user assumes responsibility if it used
above 2700 m above MSL.
To use it above 2700 m, the user has to take appropriate measures. This con‐
cerns mainly the track resistance. For use up to 4000 m above MSL Bosch
Rexroth recommends the following measures:

Use of an isolating transformer between the AC 440 V and AC 230 V net‐
work.

Generation of DC 24 V supply voltage with the "VAP01.1H-W23 024-010-
NN" Bosch Rexroth power supply unit, order code R911171065 (parts
number).

- PE bars should be preferably installed on the mounting plate.
- The cross-section of the copper strips has to be at least equal
to that of the incoming cable.
- In the case of isolated PE bars both ends must be connected
to the mounting plate by means of copper strips with a maximum
length of 20 cm.
