Gradual start and overload protection
The machine is equipped with electronically controlled gradual start and overload protection.
In di cation on th e machine
1 green lamp:
2 green lamps:
3 green lamps:
3 green lamps and 1 yellow:
3 green lamps, 1 yellow: and 1 red: The system is becoming overheated.
All lamps on or flashing:
* If the s ystem has shut down due t o overheating, t he lamps will continue flashing until the system has cooled down and
is re ady to be restarted.
The electronics c ut the current immediat ely if the blade jams.
OPERATING
Cause

Power output is les s than 70% of t he
maximum available output when in use.
Power output is between 70% and 90%
of the maximum available output when

Automatic reduction in maximum
available output. Power reduction
att empts to avoid overheat ing and
automatic shut-down of the system.
Possible action
Reduce t he load to att ain optimum
c utting speed.
Reduce the load or increase motor and
power unit cooling.
Reduce the load or increase motor and

Mot or cooling c an be improved by
in creasing t he amount of coolant or
using colder water.
Power unit cooling can be improv ed by
c hanging air fi lter o r by placing the
power unit in a location with cooler
ambient temperature.
