[AL. 020.5_Encoder normal communication - Transmission data error 1]
Cause
1.
If an A/B/Z-phase differential output type
encoder is being used, the wiring of the
encoder is incorrect.
2.
There is a problem with the encoder cable.
3.
The external conductor of the encoder cable is
not connected to the ground plate of the
connector.
4.
If an A/B/Z-phase differential output type
encoder is being used, the servo parameter
settings are incorrect.
5.
The servo amplifier has malfunctioned.
6.
The encoder has malfunctioned.
7.
There is a problem with the surrounding
environment.

Check/action method
Check if the A/B-phase pulse signals (PA, PAR, PB, and PBR) of the encoder
cable have been disconnected or have shorted.
Refer to the specifications provided by the encoder manufacturer or "A/B/Z-
phase differential output type encoder" in the following manual.

Check/action method
Check if the Z-phase pulse signals (PZ and PZR) of the encoder cable have
been disconnected or have shorted.
Refer to the specifications provided by the encoder manufacturer or "A/B/Z-
phase differential output type encoder" in the following manual.
