Common failures and handling methods
Failure
The motor does not work, and the lamp is out.
The motor runs.
The lamp is out, the absorbing force is not
desirable.
The display screen displays E1 after starting

If your cooker hood is trapped in the phenomena described below,
please unplug the power plug and dial the customer service hotline for
consultation.
The cooker hood does not have the irregular operating sound
when started up.
The cooker hood has abnormal phenomenon or abnormal
vibration during running.
The cooker hood has odor, smoke, is heated or trapped in other
abnormal phenomena not mentioned.
Friendly reminders
Warning - the repairing personnel receiving professional training
and having corresponding repairing qualification can repair the
cooker hood only, and other people is not allowed to
disassemble and repair the cooker hood without permission,
in order to avoid serious consequence.
Please wear the protective gloves and take other protective measures
when cleaning the objects (for example, ceiling and cupboard) around
the cooker hood and it is possible to contact with the cooker hood,
in order to avoid knocking or scratching.
When your cooker hood is trapped in normal phenomenon, please
use the Common Failures and Handling Methods for reference before
contacting with the customer service center; if you cannot eliminate the
failure, please unplug the power plug of the cooker hood and dial
the customer service hotline for consultation.
Please point out the product code (E-Nr), date code (FD) and machine
number (Z-Nr) when contacting with the customer service staff, in order
to provide you with more convenient services. You can find out the
above-mentioned information on the nameplate of the cooker hood.
Cause of failure
The power plug is not plugged or not plugged
well; and the power socket is powered off.
The illuminating lamp does not work.
The cooker hood is not adjusted to the
maximum revolving speed. The cross ventilation
of air in the kitchen is powerful.
Open circuit of the temperature sensor.
Short circuit of the temperature sensor.
The vapor generator does not work.
The water cup is lack of water.
The filter cotton is plugged.
