It is possible to backup parameters. For information on reading parameter
backups, please see the Application Manual of MPx-20, ⮫ Chapter 1.2
"Required and supplementary documentation" on page 5.

Systems that are still running! Risk of injury! The work
WARNING
steps described in this chapter may only be performed
on shut down systems. IMPORTANT: Even after the
servo-hydraulic actuator was disconnected from the elec-
trical power supply the system is still under pressure!
Before beginning work:
−
Make sure that the drive motor cannot be switched
on.
−
Ensure that all force-transmitting components and
connections are (electrically) switched off and
secured against restarting according to the manufac-
turer's instructions. If possible, remove the main fuse
of the system. Verify with the help of inspected meas-
uring equipment that there is no voltage applied.
Danger due to pressurized servo-hydraulic actuator! Risk
WARNING
of injury! Severe injury when working on systems that
have not been shut down! Damage to property!
−
Observe the specifications of the system manufac-
turer and the system end-user.
−
Do not disconnect line connections, ports or compo-
nents as long as the servo-hydraulic actuator is pres-
surized.
−
The hydraulic circuit may only be opened by specifi-
cally trained personnel.
An incompletely demounted drive unit may fall down! An
WARNING
incompletely demounted drive unit may drop and cause
serious injuries.
−
When demounting the drive unit secure it against
falling down.
Dangerous voltages and risk of electric shock! In order to
WARNING
avoid injuries when working on electrical systems you
should take the following precautions in the order listed:
−
Disconnect completely
−
Secure against re-connection. Observe the discharge
time of the converters!
−
Verify that the installation is dead
−
Carry out earthing and short-circuiting
−
Cover or shield against adjacent live parts

hydraulic actuator!
−
If the servo-hydraulic actuator is to be put out of
operation or demounted, inform Bosch Rexroth or
have this work carried out by Bosch Rexroth.
