Incorrect parameter values can cause the valve to move unexpectedly. This can lead to process failures and result in injuries. Before recommissioning a TZIDC-200, TZIDC-210, TZIDC-220 positioner that was used at another location, the device must always be reset to factory settings. Never start Autoadjust before restoring factory settings.

In both cases, the “mechanical position indicator” (8) must be installed. Functionality TZIDC-200, TZIDC-210, TZIDC-220 positioners are electronically configurable positioners with communication capabilities designed for mounting on pneumatic linear or rotary actuators. Fully automatic determination of the control parameters and adaptation to the final control element yield considerable time savings and an optimal control behavior.
