˜ Mojito slushy
This slushy contains alcohol. It is not
suitable for minors and pregnant or
lactating women.
Do not drink and drive!
Ingredients (for 1‒2 glasses)
120 ml
Mojito syrup
Juice of 2
Limes
Zest of ½
Lime
22 ml
Light rum
500 g
Ice
Fresh mint and lime wedges for garnishing
Preparation
1. Fill the mixing container
syrup, fresh lime juice, lime zest, light rum,
and mint leaves.
2. Grind the ice (grinding grade: fine, see
"Select grinding grade").
3. Pour the slushy into a drinking glass.
4. Garnish the drinking glass with fresh mint
and a lime wedge.

Preparation
1. Salt rim: Run a lime wedge around the rim of
the glass. Tip the glass over. Dip the rim into
the salt and rotate the glass.
2. Fill the mixing container
