Getting started Telephone base and charger installation Plug in the telephone line cord and the power adapter as shown below. Make sure that the electrical outlet is not controlled by a wall switch. Telephone jack requirements To use this phone, you need a RJ11C type modular telephone jack, which might look like the one pictured here, installed in your home.
