(HOW TO OPERATE YOUR TV BY USING THE
REMOTE CONTROL HANDSET)
The TV operate, TV mute, TV volume
"VCR1" or "VCR2" is displayed. When you control the TV using the number buttons, be sure to check that
"TV" is displayed.

Only the remote control of the Mute feature is different between remote transmission codes "01 TV" and
"02 TV". When only the Mute feature is not operated properly by the handset with "01 TV" ("02 TV")
selected, set the transmission code to "02 TV" ("01 TV").
With some TVs, TV channel 12 can be selected by pressing the –
buttons 1 and 2.
The handset has a memory which enables it to operate some Hitachi TVs and, in the same way, some TVs
from other manufacturers.
