If your mixer slows down excessively, switch to the next higher speed or divide the quantity being mixed. How to care for your M160 Hand Mixer • Do not operate the mixer longer than 10 minutes - it will overheat.
• When mixing is complete, move the speed control switch to 'OFF' position. Allow all moving parts to stop. Place your mixer on heel rest so that the beater drips into the mixing bowl. Now unplug your appliance. Press speed button to eject the beaters and pull them out free.
