Remove the tape from the circuit-breaker switch handle, and move the circuit-breaker handle to the On

Connecting a Terminal to the Cisco ASR 1000 Series RP Console
Port
The Cisco ASR 1006 route processor has an asynchronous serial (EIA/TIA-232) RJ-45 console port
labeled CON on its front panel. You can connect this port to most types of video terminals through use
of the console cable kit that is included with your Cisco ASR 1006 Router. The console cable kit
