Purpose
Enable privileged EXEC mode
Enter your password if prompted.

Enter global configuration mode.
Enter config-controller mode.
Administratively shuts down the controller port.
Exit config-controller mode.
Enter config-voiceport mode.
Administratively shuts down the voice port.
Exit config-voiceport mode.
Use the exit command till you are in privileged
EXEC mode.
