Company Directory Listing
The Company Directory Listing option is a list of phone numbers at your
company that may be called from the directory.
1.
Use the scroll key to select the Company Directory Listing option.
2.
Press the Select softkey.

To place a call, use the scroll key to select the desired listing.
4.
Press the Select softkey.

5.
Press the Select softkey to place the call.
Company Directory Lookup
The Company Directory Lookup option allows an employee at your company
to be searched for by their last name.
1.
Use the scroll key to select the Company Directory Lookup option.

Using the phone keypad, enter the name to search for.
3.
Press the Select softkey

4.
To place a call, use the scroll key to select the desired listing.
5.
Press the Select softkey.

6.
Press the Select softkey to place the call.
Voice Mail
The Cisco IP phone can access your voice mail messages using the services
button. This feature is basically the same as the voice mail feature accessed
by pressing the messages button.
NOTE: Using the services button is very slow. You should access voice mail
using the messages button whenever possible.

Press the services button.

Use the scroll key to select the Voice Mail option.

The company directory is displayed.
The phone number for the listing is displayed.
A Last name: prompt is displayed.
The directory listing(s) that match the desired listing being searched for is
displayed.
The phone number for the listing is displayed.
The services features menu is displayed.
