switch priority
Use the switch priority global configuration command on the stack master to change the stack member
priority value.
Syntax Description
priority new-priority-value
stack-member-number
Defaults
The default priority value is 1.

Usage Guidelines
If you do not specify a priority value, the default value is assigned.
The new priority value is a factor during a stack-master re-election. Therefore, changing the priority
value does not change the stack master immediately.
Use the reload slot current stack member number privileged EXEC to reset the stack member and apply
this configuration change into effect.
Examples
This example shows how to change the priority value of stack member 6 to 9:
Switch(config)# switch 6 priority 9
