(3) Procedure for the self-tuning control
The following is the flow chart for the control.
Self-tuning start
Has the
temperature control been started?
Or has the set value (SV) been
changed?
CH□ Auto tuning status (RX20 to RX23) turns on.

CH□ PID auto-correction status (b0 of RWr14 to RWr17)
turns off.
The module is controlled with the set PID constants.
PID constants are calculated by self-tuning.
Has the response failed?
The setting is changed to the PID constants calculated
by self-tuning.
CH□ PID auto-correction status (b0 of RWr14 to RWr17)
turns on.
CH□ Auto tuning status (RX20 to RX23) turns off.
Temperature is controlled with the set PID constants.
